Join us on June 16th as we celebrate our 6-year anniversary with a special evening of Texas whiskey and homestyle Mexican cooking – best shared with the people you cherish.
This past January, we took a trip to Austin, Texas, to visit Still Austin Whiskey Co. There, we selected an incredible 6-year cask strength bourbon, which we're calling Post Oak's Official Birthday Bourbon in honor of our anniversary.
Now, it’s finally bottled and ready to share—and we’re throwing a dinner to celebrate. We'll be serving a delicious homemade Mexican feast, inspired by our favorite Austin restaurant, paired with two amazing cocktails and a neat pour of our exclusive birthday bourbon.
