Front of House — Server

Post Oak Barbecue is looking for energetic, hospitality-driven servers to join our front-of-house team. You'll be the face of Post Oak — helping guests navigate our menu, delivering exceptional experiences, and representing everything we stand for.

Responsibilities

• —Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner
• —Guide guests through menu and daily specials
• —Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
• —Maintain clean and organized table sections
• —Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service

Requirements

• —Previous server experience preferred
• —Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• —Ability to work weekends and holidays
• —TIPS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• —Genuine enthusiasm for food and hospitality
