Catering Coordinator

Post Oak Barbecue is seeking a detail-oriented Catering Coordinator to manage our growing catering business. You'll work directly with clients to plan and execute off-site events, corporate lunches, and large-scale gatherings.

Responsibilities

• —Respond to catering inquiries and convert leads to bookings
• —Build and present custom catering proposals
• —Coordinate logistics with the kitchen team for each event
• —Be on-site for larger events to ensure quality execution
• —Maintain client relationships and follow up post-event

Requirements

• —2+ years event coordination or catering experience
• —Strong organizational and communication skills
• —Experience with CRM or event management software
• —Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events
• —Passion for hospitality and food
